How much does it cost?

This pilot cohort is fully funded, so there is no cost to participate. We're using this first cohort to test and refine the model, and expect to introduce a participation fee or cost-sharing structure for future cohorts.

What you’ll do in the studio

The Studio is a six-month program designed to turn your expertise into influence. You'll leave with a cohesive platform, a media strategy that works, and a business model built to grow your thought leadership and get you into the rooms (and feeds) where it matters most.

‍Over a 6-month period we’ll help Studio members:

Turn a messy mix of projects, ideas, and writing into a set of clear, compelling talk and media offers that roll up to a sustainable business model you want to own.

Figure out who you most want to reach, and what you want those audiences to do with your work.

Identify the conferences, institutions, convenings, and media spaces where your work can shift narratives.

Proactively pitch and get you in those rooms, rather than just reacting to incoming requests.

Develop a speaking and media strategy that complements (not competes with) your research, organising, or creative work.

When does it start?

How big is the cohort?

This pilot cohort is intentionally small: six participants. That allows us to provide meaningful support and build strong connections within the group.

Will I get individual support, or is it all cohort-based?

Both! You’ll get tailored 1:1 support that meets you where you are, alongside a cohort experience designed for peer learning, feedback, and shared momentum.

Do you offer support to institutions or is it just for individuals?

We work with organizations too! We’ve done extensive PR and media coaching, helping teams at organizations like Mozilla, AI Collaborative, and Current AI run strategic communications campaigns that get results.
